Calloway Corporation is a member of the GCG Group which operates in 21 countries across the US, Caribbean, Central and South America. We are seeking to recruit a passionate, skilled, and motivated individual to join our team in the capacity of Café Leader.

As the Café Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily café operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, managing POS and cash handling procedures, and supporting departmental budgeting and timesheet administration.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise daily café operations and staff
  • Operate and oversee POS system and cash handling
  • Prepare schedules and department timesheets
  • Ensure timesheets are submitted to HR on time
  • Monitor café supplies, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Support budgeting and cost control
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
  • Maintain accurate operational reports
  • Assist with lifting and transporting café supplies and food items

ACADEMIC & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Basic budgeting and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
