Marketing - PR & Communication Specialist

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for storytelling, branding, and connecting with people? We are looking for a PR & Communication Specialist to develop impactful internal and external communication strategies that strengthen our brand, engage our team members, and support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

• Work closely with the People Department to create clear and engaging internal communications regarding company updates, initiatives, and organizational changes.

• Manage and maintain the company’s intranet and internal communication platforms to ensure they remain valuable resources for team members.

• Create engaging content for various communication channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.

• Collaborate with internal teams, graphic designers, and digital marketing specialists to develop high-quality communication materials.

• Monitor and analyze communication performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Prepare and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other external communications.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in public relations and marketing communications.

• Assist with crisis communication and reputation management in collaboration with the Marketing Assistant Manager.

• Prepare reports on communication activities and their impact on business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum MBO / EPI Diploma or HAVO Diploma

• 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations (internships and part-time experience are considered)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office programs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Papiamento

• Skills: Strong social media knowledge, excellent writing and editing skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, a creative mindset, a proactive and flexible approach, advanced computer skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
