Marketing - Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute creative promotional campaigns.
Transform concepts into compelling visual designs.
Design marketing, promotional, and event materials for print and digital channels.
Prepare and deliver production-ready files for printing.
Support photo and video productions when needed.
Assist with advertising coordination and campaign execution.
Contribute to new product development initiatives across De Palm Tours’ business units.
Assist with the management of collateral materials inventory.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
MBO degree in Graphic Design.
Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience using AI-powered image creation tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Dutch, Spanish, and/or Papiamento are considered an asset.
Skills & Competencies: Creative, proactive, and results-driven professional with strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and advanced computer skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
