Position Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in St. Eustatius. This newly created role addresses an immediate operational need and is critical in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and client relationships.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Sales Manager will carry a full individual sales portfolio, focusing on increasing room and event sales while strengthening partnerships across local and regional markets.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive, hands-on professional eager to make a measurable impact within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across corporate, group, and leisure segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, tour operators, event planners, and corporate clients.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and virtual presentations to promote the property’s offerings.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
- Manage lead generation, prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the property at trade shows, networking events, and community functions.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Events, and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–6 years of proven sales experience, ideally within hospitality, travel, or tourism.
- Strong understanding of Caribbean and regional hospitality markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Results-oriented professional with a passion for guest satisfaction and relationship building.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: starts at USD 42k gross per annum (including housing and food allowances; negotiable based on experience and fit)
