The Boolchand Group is an international, family-owned company with a strong presence across the Caribbean and Miami, Florida. With a diverse portfolio spanning retail, distribution, and real estate, we proudly operate leading brands such as Crocs, HeyDude, and Pandora. We are looking to strengthen our teams and have job openings for Supervisors in our Pandora, Crocs and HEYDUDE stores.

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting store operations, leading the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a role model on the sales floor, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving sales performance and team engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily store operations  
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed  
• Deliver excellent customer service  
• Supervise, coach and train team members  
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions professionally
• Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met
• Help achieve sales goals  
• Manage inventory and store presentation  
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Contribute to a positive team environment by encouraging ideas and collaboration

What You Bring to the Table

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED (associate degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, with leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical store tasks
